Epsom Salt is a very simple home remedies to treat cold Feet. It has magnesium sulfate which provides magnesium to the body. The heat of the warm water also improves the blood circulation of cool feet.
Take a small tub and fill it with warm water and mix half cup of Epsom salt in the tub.
Stir the mixture until the salt gets dissolve.
Keep your feet in this mixture for 15 minutes
Do this method every 3 days.
It improves the blood circulation. Ginger help to combat cold extremities it has warming effect, because it contains compounds such as zingerone and gingerols. Ginger also reduces the risk of blood clots.
Take 2 cup of water and simmer 1 tablespoon of sliced ginger in strain it.
